there is also option do pvp with another job and story with another job. Or get your character max level and pvp after. Or make new character and level it 30 and do pvp with other char and pve with another.

Change your job just before the match ends on a job that you don't care to get exp for. Problem solved
Or I could just simply remove the √ in a box in the duty settings and make it so I can PvP anytime I want. I seriously don't understand what the big deal is.
I'm really not trying to be mean here but I feel like I need to be blunt and to the point. It's because you're asking an entire team of developers that you, a single player out of millions of others, want a game mechanic to fit your wants. Not needs. Wants. You want these guys, the developers for this game, who are made up of just a room full of people, to go in and change a singular feature JUST for you. And you don't even realize how selfish it is to even impose this question. It's not like they're already tirelessly trying to create new content or fix game breaking bugs or ensure the quality of life of the game continues to run smoothly. When all you have to do to avoid getting exp on the job that you want to level with your boyfriend is change. your. job. to. something. else. just. before. the. match. ends.
When I said "*I* don't want EXP from PvP" I was trying to get the point across that it would be an option and have absolutely no effect on any of the people who do like the current EXP rewards. I am not asking for a feature that is "just for me". That is silly. Obviously I'm not the only one I'm asking for. I'm asking for myself, and the people like me who want to enjoy PvP while leveling separately in PvE with friends/family/partners can do so and have fun. And the people who do like the EXP can play like we don't exist. There are likes on the topic post but no support in words. But you know? That is fine. I'll continue to support this because there is no downside, only benefit.
No one here has given me any reason to believe a toggle button would be a bad option or that it could negatively effect them or the community. All people are saying is: "I don't even.." "Play another class", "Don't PvP then" and now "Switch classes before the end"
No those aren't fixes. Those are workarounds for bad design. I've even tried the last one myself but it's NOT a fix. What if I have battle fever? Why should I have to die on purpose, hurting my team just so I can switch jobs? When I could simply have a toggle.
Because this "issue" of yours is something so minor and bizarre that people for the life of them can't figure out why you actually took the time to make this a thread. Look, change in anything doesn't happen when a singular person complains about it. If you really want anything to be changed or implemented into this game (or just about anything else in life in general) then you need to get some buzz going on that change. Your topic title literally says "Please make EXP through PVP optional". That's a demand. That's not a question on "should" exp be optional or "do you guys think pvp should be optional". You didn't come in here inquiring what other people thought about the new EXP implementation. You flat out just made a demand and tacked on a nice little "please" at the beginning. In the future, make a pole, pose a question, do something else other than politely demanding something you want because nobody is gonna take you seriously if you can't address a problem like an open minded adult. No one here has given me any reason to believe a toggle button would be a bad option or that it could negatively effect them or the community. Says you. We might as well have toggles for every little thing imaginable.
