If they would have said something like " We are sorry for this issue and are working hard to correct it" instead of their initial advice of "try again later" the customer response would have been much better. The PR blunder might have been bigger then the bad design (of putting solo instanced content so early in the story).

I think most people here forget this part. The whole compare of someone fucks up your real life house isnt valid here, in a digital product that we play to have fun and/or relax.

Dear Yoshi I forgive you, thank you for the instance, and other bug fixes. I honestly believe you did all you could, and it's not fair for people to be mean toward you, though I do think we all had a right to be mad. I just wanted to thank you for giving us more instance space, and effectively removing the worst problem. You haven't seen the worst problem unless you're experiencing what a lot of us console users are dealing with right now. Launcher bug problem that forces you to re-download 22gb file every time you try to log in. Worst problem to you guys is congestion, we can't even play.

1) for Making japan server top prioty while everyone else count enjoy the game
2) for having almost zero comunication during this isses with the NA players
3) for transfering servers to another location so its harder for the NA/EU players to enjoy the game
4) for not learning anything from previous expansions keep making the same mistake over and over and over
