    anyone know when we'll be able to buy houses here? i found the perfect one and i dont want some one to buy it i been wanting a house since houses were first implemented -.-

    Probably no earlier than 4.1 I'd guess. I don't think they've said when, just "later."

    Atleast 2 weeks minimum I'd say.
    And I am sure they will not open servers earlier after the maintenance, like how they did last time when they increased the numbers of districts.

    They wanted people to have plenty of time to enjoy the story instead of rushing through it just to secure a house.
    And good luck with getting the house.
    Most people (me included) will be parking our characters ready to buy houses when servers opens up after the maintentance.

    They said if you already own a house or an FC house you could move it but that will be later. They want to give those who dont own houses a chance first.

    I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.

    I have not heard anything about it being later or not.
    I'm just hoping it will atleast the at the same time so everyone have an equal chance.

    And isn't it only GC houses that can be transfered?
    Not heard anything about personal houses either.

    It's unfortunate that those of us with the gil probably won't be able to get a house or the house want and instead we'll have a bunch of scalpers buying properties looking to flip them.

    I formed a new fc prior to stormblood and we have enough for a large and because of the way the market works we probably can't get one.

    Iv not personal house. Only my fc have one. Im sure they are tired to have all pink xDDD I rly need my own to lets FC choose their decoration on fc house lol
    Also i guess its why we not get new members..too girly house lol
