    I am sorry maybe my opinion will change when I somewhere down the line get to level 70 and can use Bahamut but right now these new gauges for the summoner are imo awful. You could really easy see how many stacks you had before the change and the timer itself was also obvious enough. Now I need to look at my skills because of the RNG Ruin IV, those two new bars to see stacks and timer and somehow still keep the eye on the enemy. How exactly does this make the gameplay easier? For me its just more things on the display that I need to keep track of. Can we please get the option to see those things like we did before 4.0?

    Q: Will there be any maintenance fees or other costs for housing, besides the cost of the land and house?
    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    Finding the gauge to be pretty useful for SAM. Not only is it convenient for me to glance at and check what Sen I'm missing, it's also very handy for showing how Kinky I am. B3 Not sure how the job would function without the kinky though.

    I like the BLM and RDM gauge. Perhaps it is because I have my HUD setup a certain way in which I can place it nicely without it interfering with other bars.

    I quite liked the job gauge, but mine has disappeared when i boosted a paladin up to 60. All the gauges for all my classes have disappeared xD. Which is a real pain, considering the beast gauge is quite useful for tanking..

    My HUD is centered around the target and my bars, status or parameter bar, however you want to call it, the job gauge just doesn't fit for BLM, the icon is as big as 12 abilities stacked on my hotbars! needs an option to change it back to the clean and tidy icons, might work well for beginners and console users but it horrible on PC. Haven't found a way to resize the POS either, not sure why they got rid of some of the status icons, like BLM is gone, but DRK still gets grit icon on the bar, and that is the only thing the gauge indicates at lvl 60. WTF Squenix?

    All I really need to see are the white / black mana values for RDM. The RDM UI is stupidly large with the vertical design of it. I'm not going to eyeball those bars and run a calculation in my head to make sure I don't go over 30 mana imbalance because I need the numbers. The crystal changing colors because of imbalance? That doesn't help because I'm not going to see it because I'm looking at the numbers and won't hit imbalance. Even if I did, I'm still going to be looking at the numbers.

    The problem is, if I shrink the UI to fix how tall it is, it also shrinks the numbers. It's so annoying. I'd rather the UI just not be so tall.

    I'd love an option to use to use the status bar for gauges that used to be on the status bar. Cards, aetherflow, GL, chakra, huton etc. Really dislike the gauges and wish they weren't forced on us. I don't understand why we can't have an option to use the status bar instead, at least for actions that used to be on it.

    How am I gonna know now which cards my AST co-healer has so we don't overwrite eachother? :/
    What was broken anyways that needed such a fix or implementation like the gauges?

    About the only class I think truly benefits from it is RDM. Every single other class would work just as well without the gauge, and in many cases it actively detracts from others. The summoner thing? Previously as AST I would track when I saw my SMN's aetherflow stacks starting to go down. When I saw the last one go away, I knew to throw them a spear after about 25 seconds or so. This would give them a reduced cooldown on it.

    NOW as Astrologian, not only am I fighting my UI just to even see what cards I drew, I have next to no way of knowing when the summoner is even in dreadwyrm/what their aetherflow stacks are looking like.

    I feel like I am fighting the UI half the time now, rather than the game. That is bad design.
