Error CE-30022-7 on PS4 after updating launcher

Same problem with my PS4Pro.. I re-installed the game, but when DLing the SB update via launcher, I get 3GB in before screen goes black and it says "Can not download patch". Ive tried 3 times now. What the hell ?

delete your game and re download all you can do... are we going to have same problem when 5.0 come out

Still 8 hours left on the first 11 gb download. Definitely not going to having a good start to early access. Stupid PS4 and Aussie internet problems...

i'm in the same boat with you my net only do 1mbps so max download is 0.79MB/s Australian is a third world country for internet

Got this issue myself having to reinstall the entire game myself (will take days to download). I hope se plans on compensating for this issue as currently its unlikely i will see early access after having paid for it! To which se are responsable.

Well i said countless times that the launcher/updater is very out dated, however and not sure if this has changed for PS4 but PSN do throttle download speeds on the console.
I get around 45 mb on my laptop and PS4 it is far less
This of course may not be the issue. I get around 4 or 5 mb/s (via the updater) and had issues downloading patch files last time i had to re-install.
I have a distinct feeling i may need to get a VPN again just to be safe

@ PrimalPorter, sadly i doubt it. I had contacted support when i had download patch issues for a month and lost sub time, they did not seem to care

try to the restart your modem router if you still getting "unable to complete version check" don't wait on SE, if no luck best thing to do is delete your game and re download.

On PS4-PRO, launched the Heavensward client this morning and got CE-30022-7 after auto-updating to 5.02. Reinstalling eveything from zero, now at 14/22 Gb inside client at 0,48mb/s. 1 day totally lost...

I couldn't though, beta, to ps3 disc to free ps4 upgrade to physical HW disc. Can now no longer play the game without the disc.

We were lucky with our ps4 (pro) update... but heard horendous tales from friends about the same stuff. Haven't even been talking about that because we got lucky.... see how that goes? That's people for you. So; this sucks as well guys, hope you get 'lucky' enough to play and 'enjoy' 'early access' for a tiny bit .... horendous.
