    You make it seem like they're doing this out of the goodness of their heart. They're getting paid. If they really cared, they would do it for free. They only put in as much as the Boss will pay them for it. Clearly they're not getting paid enough, so in conclusion. Management is showing how much they care about the issues.

    Money can fix any problem. Period.

    You put it as if they worked just because they love us and not because it is their actual job. And as you said, if I'm doing them a favour by testing their stuff, they should do me a favour too. What is it going to be?
    You, insanely grateful people, need to think that videogames=business, which is why this stuff is going on atm. If people play this game , it's because they chose to pay because of the service it provides, not because they were put into this game randomly. If the service they chose starts being terrible and doesn't deliver what was promised, they have all the right in the world to complain.

    Good post, I agree completely.

    Everyone is acting like this happens all the time and that it's an on going problem... Its only been a day a half at this point. Serioysly, sometimes I wonder if these people complaining even know what real issues look like.

    Hmm... I do remember hearing a while back they were thinking about renting/installing servers for launch days to give the extra space for these sort of things, and then switch them off once a majority of people got through the story... I wonder where that plan ended up...

    He didn't mention unsubbing but if you aren't getting a service you paid for then you can complain. Lets put it in simpler terms if you got a laptop home brand new that you just brought and it didn't work would you just accept it? Hell no you wouldn't because you paid for a product you expect to work so you'd go straight to the shop and complain and expect either your money back or a replacement.

    Now we know we won't get a replacement or money back but we do have a right to being kept updated (more than just once a day) and a product that runs a lot smoother than this.

    When you order food from chef Ramsey, you don't wait over a day to get it to your table. I understand they put a lot into this but at the same time we are the consumer and we deserve at least decent treatment. For the amount we pay every month we expect quality service. They are leaving us in the dark as to what solution they are coming up with leaving the majority of players frustrated. Some people took off work or took time away from their personal lives to play the pre-order launch.
