For People who took a day off just for early access

I feel like we just wasted our time. For sure, the best we could do it level up. But with the constant disconnection and DF not properly working. It can be infuriating.

Can't advance to the MSQ. Can't do fate farm because of the constant dc. Queuing in DF crashes my game. Tried to do frontline, I always get dced. Can't log back in until the instance is done.

For sure. Technical Difficulties happen. Terrible design flaws happen. But what sucks the most is the silent treatment.

And all we get is " please wait and try again at a later time" . that's it. just "sorry" for wasting your day off from work. Would have been great if they at least gave us an advanced notice.

Tbh, it was nice to sleep, get up for release, then go back to bed and take a nice long nap during my normal working hours. I'm white collar so I was able to work ten hour shifts leading up to today, so I'll still be paid 40 hours without using any of my pto. So there's that silver lining.

But I do agree, it's super frustrating. I had hoped to get a good start on SAM today, but I've spent more time in loading screens and queues than I have playing the actual game.

i mean other than a couple hours of server down time about 8-10 hours in heavenward was a perfectly fine launch, i went balls to the walls the entire weekend and was finished everything before monday even hit.

frankly i figured SE knew better than what they did this time around but i guess we were all wrong on that front

Like the thread creator said i think the worst part is the total silent treatment, at least give us updates, hints as to wether a fix of any kind is comming, just ANYTHING is better than 7 hours of completely nothing...come on

I do agree with you that different measurements should have been taken in advanced, but nobody forced you to take off work that day, also I doubt that a lot of us would have liked an advanced note reading the following: On June 16th our servers will experience severe technical difficulties, please be advised that you won't be able to log in or stay logged on during the day.

SE could considere remove all battle solo instance, many poeple wait for hours without result.
next time we can't considere buy pre order, if we can't play

Excuse you, I am a grown ass adult and made arrangements with my supervisor to be able to work my full 40 hours, not use PTO, and be able to have both this friday AND monday off. You know why? Because I damn well wanted to, and had the resources to do it. Notice I am also not throwing an absolute fit about things, because I was able to spend some of this invaluable time off with my new puppy and my brother. People who are working have every right to days off for whatever reason they'd like, and that includes video games.

Hahaha! That should be the warning on the box of all MMOs for launch day.
