I decide to do trial roulette on a healing job. Bismark hard pops. We fail the DPS check. No, not the adds; damaging Bismark. We lost the island. We were running 4 ranged and none of them were getting on the back with the tanks and myself, despite the tanks and I repeatedly pleading with them to get on the back.

When we re-spawn after that wipe, all hell breaks loose. Basically our 4 ranged and other healer tell us that they are an FC and they have done Bismark EX a hundred times each for the bird and they have never had to get on the back and they had no issues. I inform them that in Bismark EX you still need to be on the back to do damage. And the other healer says to me, "Kallistra you don't know a single damn thing about this game, do you?" And before I can respond I am vote dismissed.

I was honestly going to eat the penalty, so I'm glad they dismissed me. I hope those poor tanks left after I was dismissed. I think I'll be staying out of the roulettes for a while.

I'll admit that I'm a bit skeptical about the number of times they've cleared Bismark EX! I don't know what it, but I'm having trouble believing them.

Report kick abuse by premade and trolling. (intentionally failing the fight) I seen groups like that before, and if you are in a FC, you do not need run it 100 times each for a bird.

I got a tank in the Vault earlier who stayed and ran with the party even though he picked the wrong thing and didn't remember the dungeon. I had to explain the bosses to him but everything went smooth and i got my ast closer to 60. Thank you for being cool Mr Tank man.

I did a trial roulette and got Steps of Faith. I mess up the mechanics and die. It took me a few minutes to realize I could respawn, which is odd because no other trial allows that.

I thought I had seen everything...I never thought I'd be wanting to tell a healer to NOT try to DPS... until now.

Got Aery on tank with an AST and two DPS. No mandy buds or returner status everyone had multiple jobs either at 60 or 55+

First pull the AST is trying to heal me with Cleric Stance on. She keeps casting and casting and my HP is not going up at all and I am dying. I almost died but with my cooldowns we managed to kill the mobs before they could kill me.

So I mention this to her because I am going to die if she continues to attempt to heal with Cleric Stance on. I mentioned it twice and she never took it off and still had it on for the next pull and I almost died again before she finally took it off and healed me then started DPSing with it off then she put cleric back on and tried to heal me.....

I feel like she maybe had Cleric stance backwards and thought it was good for healing? I don't know...but obviously for some reason she wasn't able to handle Cleric properly or didn't understand how it worked. She also kept using regens and aspected helios with cleric on too; a couple of times I saw her use Cleric and then start casting aspected helios right after along with aspected benefic on me and not a single DPS spell.



As you can see she claims to know her limits...but throughout this run I almost died on most trash pulls because she keeps healing me in cleric stance and she doesn't seem to understand what I was saying since she never clarified if she was forgetting to take it off or didn't know why you can't heal with it on. Claimed multiple times she knew what she was doing and 'not her first rodeo' but her healing told a different story....sigh if only SB was out a bit sooner xD

Yeah, you could claim I was being annoying so if help is annoying then okay whatever, but I didn't want her to continue this behavior because tanks are going to die often under her care especially ones less experienced and less geared than I am; at least until SB and I assumed she may have been wanting to catch up for SB. So I tried to explain why you can't heal with Cleric on again after she almost let me die again spamming heals in Cleric because I really wanted to help and wanted to clear the dungeon.

Guess I was just trying to attack her though lol this is why no one wants to be a mentor; you try to help someone get out of a burning car then they claim you are attacking them and a person who was standing with you when you tried to help calls you annoying for trying to get someone out of a burning car.

Attacking her? Really?
I never tried to kick her (I rarely ever kick anyone; only if they verbally harass people).
I never threatened to kick her.
I never threatened to leave them stranded without a tank by leaving myself.
I never threw insults at her.

I mean don't stance dance if you can't stance dance properly...at that point most tanks would prefer you just keep them and the party alive instead of me struggling to keep myself alive while my healer spams Benefic II and Aspected Helios with Cleric Stance on while I die.

SB coming so Cleric going to be moot so that is something at least...hopefully this healer doesn't try The Vault until SB though....that might end badly.

I'm not sure what's worse, the person saying to just drop it, or the healer. I'm sorry you went through that.

Don't lump all people in the same boat or you will help create a crueller world. Just because there is this example doesn't mean you should think the same of others.
