You are trying to compare Yoshi-P's implications against the concrete words of the GM, imply they have the same implications and gravity.
You are trying to assert that there is some kind of implied agreement every time a person queues for the DF.

because we are not in real life .P and its just a game for entertainment ^^

and like with any other sorts of entertainment/fun , its just plain and simple a time waste.
