    From the PS Store Stormblood page.

    This digital Pre-Order release date is 16th June 4 days earlier than the standard release date shown above. From 16th June you will be granted access to the game. Note: After 16th June you will NOT be able to cancel your pre-order unless the content is faulty. Any extra content included in this pre-order may not be available until 20th June.
    I guess we might not get it until official launch day.
