I just want an answer to a simple question:
What on earth have you done that required solely healing?

While I couldn't say there was content requiring only healing, but I can say that stance dancing with the clunky, un-intuitive Cleric Stance (especially with 180~ping) is often frustrating and could be a contributing factor to not DPSing. I don't know how it fares with low ping, but it's a pain in the ass with moderate ping to say the least. Thankfully that won't be an issue in SB though.
