Hrm... even if RNG, it looked like Chakra builded pretty fast in the video, with just 1 companion besides you. It may be 15 seconds, but the chance is of a 30% for every weapon skill used by your party companions, which includes your melee pal, both tanks and the ranged dude. I can totally see Forbidden Chakra firing like a machinegun.

With sufficient speed (which I was stupid enough to try and build up <no regrets>) you can even do 2 Bootshines without losing Dragon Kick. And about Riddle of Fire speed nerf, well, its a good way to double-wave GCDs and recover some TP without using Invigorate or Meditation.

Riddle of Earth seems perfect to use 6 Bootshines in a row with Perfect Balance and still retain GL.

Tornado Kick still looks useless to me outside of the occasional final strike before the boss goes away tho (specially now that Riddle of Earth can bridge most fights).
