Also, differences in playstyle is valid for a kick, and you cant expect the world to bow to you because you had an idea.

Since I highly doubt you got into T5 via the DF, premade parties are well within their rights to kick you for any reason they want. If you did get in via the DF difference in playstyles is a valid reason to kick. In either case, the majority of the party probably agreed with the kick so wasting supports time with it really isn't justified. What was the alternative strategy you suggested? If I may ask?

I'm gonna just tell you right now, people can kick you from their parties for whatever reason they choose. I'm also not sure what you buying a world transfer has to do with being kicked from a party or why you think square enix should refund you for a service they provided as per your request.

SE's customer service may not be the best, but this isn't an example of them being incompetent it's an example of you not understanding how mmos work.

What was unfair about it? It was put to the vote, and the majority no longer wished you to be in the party for one reason or another. You should just accept that instead of making forum posts about it.

Nope, devs have said that kicking for differences in playstyle is valid. Theres a post on the forums if you want to dig it up, its buried pretty far back. Also, why would anyone use dutyfinder for coil these days? Heck, even when it was still newly added to DF, people still failed at t5.

Difference in playstyle is not a reason athty ou can select in the window when you vote someone out, that is correct.
It is however a reason that is accepted by the GMs, so no, the kick was not unjust - did they even tell you why you were removed?

In any case your whole "I want my transfer refunded now because the people here are mean!" is outright silly. Its not SEs power to ensure that you transfer to a server with nice, cuddley people. Report them, if you feel that your removal was unjust and have the GMs look into it (and if they determine that the kick was indeed unjust punish them). But asking for a refund for a service that you paid because you dont like the outcome now... thats just silly.
Sounds a bit like ordering food that you dont know in a restaurant, eating half of it and then deciding that you dont like it and will there for refuse to pay for it. SE gave you what you paid for: a transfer to the world you picked. That you dont like this world now because of one bad experience is really not their responsibility and you cant hold them liable for that. Seriously, it sounds as if you're trying to cheat yourself a free transfer here...

Troll and if not well there's your problem right there, I have said that many times to people that ask, Leviathan is not a server were you should be coming for carries or clears, that includes any kind of content (outdated/up to date) Primal is different from EU or Aether data center, but on Levi it's even 5x worse then let's say Excalibur. Learn your lesson next time and do some research, would have probably helped to avoid that issue. Same goes for the primal DF.

Yes, it was a party made via the DF, waited a couple of hours for it too I might add. I suggested that we do the stack and ditch strategy, to stack in the ditch and then run back up when the green icon appears instead of randomly scattered across the room. I might be wrong, but I don't think "Playstyle" was one of the valid reasons in the member dismissal window. To my understanding, if the reason was any other than "AFK, harassment, cheating or offline" the dismissal would be considered as unjust.

That's the strategy most groups use, so it's strange that the group you were in wasn't already doing that. Regardless, though, I'd suggest not using DF for Coil - instead it's a better idea to use PF as you can set all the specifics you want and everyone goes in on the same page. With DF you're basically rolling the dice and hoping that everyone's on the same page, which has a high chance of not being the case. In 4man stuff it doesn't really matter since that content is tuned so ridiculously low, but anything that requires any level of coordination is usually better done w/ PF.
