3. REMOVE the poison magic skill & put in something more useful

2. Prefer not to use Victimize, but I'll try that instead of Haymaker/Jarring Strike II. <------ then dont ask why you kill slow, my PUG is lvl 30 with lvl 25 wep and back when I was 28-29, I can deal 200+ dmg with victimnize on a lvl 38 mob
3. What poison ability are you referring to? I don't have anything like that on my bar. <------ w/e ability you have at the 8 slots: poison or siphon mp <---- useless for PUG
