One persons experience is hardly enough to disqualify an entire 966 page thread. I pug things all the time too and the number of people playing dps pulling sub 500 is insane.

I often cut back on my own numbers and rotation outside of Wildfire burst because I feel moderately guilty about taking away the healers dps target to quick. I'd feel bad if we finished it too soon~
Yoshi P said healers aren't required to dps. So you could get reported for kicking someone like that.
Er.. I for one think they could toss a few spells in certain scenarios though.

A report that would lead to nothing, as there's simply no way to actually take action on it... unless the people kicking you are dumb enough to say something in chat. To use an existing issue as an example to strengthen my point, you need look no further than parser users. It's beyond obvious when people are using parsers, if you have any experience with online gaming and have the slightest clue what to look for to determine it. However, unless the parser user says something in chat ("Jhett you're doing less than 1,000 dps omg!"), there's simply nothing a GM reviewing your report can do as there's no method for them to actually know if the person is using a parser beyond any doubt.

sub 500 dps at level 60 is rare as hell. Only reason a friend got to see one was from using a 52 level weapon + not knowing rotations. A know nothing i270 brd was able pull 1200

so true.
I ran a couple of extra roulettes yesterday because I was after a certain glamour.
Had about 10 runs.
Now Im usually always a healer, but I went as bard to be able to need the item I want.
Out of 10 runs, I got around 6 no-dps healers. 3 or 4 tanks who did only babypulls and even then could not keep aggro (guys, Im a decent bard, not a badass one who keeps dps at max at all times)
and I kid you not 5 out of 10 times, my co-dps were around 500ish, and the other 5 times they were around 800-1000.
Yeah, not all of them had the best equipment, but most were.
