Something needs changing where more severe punishments are given out for kick abuse at final boss, and I shouldn't have to lose all that progress (should consider refinements in cases like this)

You're correct, something needs to be changed since you seem to be best friend with the harassment kick button. It has nothing to do with the word/action, nor does it fall under the category, however players can kick you if you do not match their play style and in this case you didn't. On top of that, they could have reported you for harassment because your behavior would fall under it. But every time you abuse the button and pick harassment, if people not going to do it your way, complaining on the forums after, is defiantly not helping.

final boss when asking to cast lots on loot, he acted like he did not know what it is and went to rush pull without me being ready. So after trying to vote kick over the harassment over healing and not tanking, they turned and kick me instead at the final boss.

I'm a bit confused at what you mean by casting lots on the loot before the boss, I know people ask if they can get a specific drop, but that's about it. Also, if you tried to kick the tank first, and the rest of party decided they wanted to keep the tank and kick you instead if a problem was gonna come up between you two, I don't think it's a case of kick abuse.

One of the DPS recruited the tank ( so they knew each other in some way, remember how I said i entered there without a tank as well?), also auto siding with the tank because good tank = hold hate, no one cares about the healer point of view along with not caring about the belittling I got over my healing. I can't use embrace when I had to dissipation because of the lack of CDs and taking too much damage. (during the downtime moments anyway, the person was not stance dancing, just full time Deliverance. A good tank that is attempting that should know when to put Defiance back on, not give middle finger to your healer when things are going bad, you keep it on because healers can heal anything) If you want to point the fingers at me well next 2 experts I got went fine, it is not me. (I was doing expert for Monday and Tuesday dailies under this week's reset) He wants to claim there was never embrace used because he took too much damage????

As long as there is lot up to roll on, you cant kick people - Ama wanted to kick the tank because he wouldnt obey to their playstyle, but couldnt because loot was up to roll on.

I am, again, impressed how worked up someone can get over little things like this, cry "harrassment" and "abuse" as soon as someone dont reach up to their expectations and standards.

A good healer can heal through things like that (and a good healer doesnt complain about having to use a skill or refuse to use one) - and you, Ama, even did... so why throw a big fuss afterwards again? I'm considering it more and more suspecious that apparently all your conflicts end up with you having to kick someone because communication failed so badly - I cant imagine that you're only having the worst luck of us all and are always running into jerks that no one could possibly communicate with. Am I saying its you? Maybe...
If you feel that your rights were violated by being kicked, you have to acknowledge that you tried to do the same to the tank - get rid of your double standard and take some tolerance-lessons yourself...

Wrong, the tank was harassing me, so I wanted to kick them. There is no double standard, stop blaming me when it is out of place. The tank would not migrate damage when we needed it esp when that brd died, all I said was to Defiance more to help EoS heal more, and not have me spam lustates to keep him up when he had no CDs! That is not "difference of play style" Harassing me over that I am not healing enough because he will not migrate damage. Stressing me has nothing to do with "obey play style" should I go in a DF and ONLY DPS? why am i healing a DPS and not a tank????

I've mentioned it before, but I was once called an "elitest?" for typing "Defiance?" to a WAR who didn't have it on when they should've.

I long for the day that term loses the last dregs of its meaning.

And while I get that tone can be difficult to infer through text, why is it, that when presented with an ambiguous-sounding statement in chat, people automatically assume the worst? Throw in a bunch of smilies, people assume you're being sarcastic. No smilies, you're just being an ass. There's no way to win. And people wonder why I couldn't possibly give any less of a rat's ass about how my tone comes across in chat anymore. I could explain every aspect of a dungeon with enough emojis thrown in to choke a Care Bear, and someone would find a way to twist my words into an insult.
