Let's talk Mounts! What are your hoping for in Stormblood?

If you were replying to Tint then I do have a counter-argument. The bike doesn't look ridiculous because of aesthetic, it looks ridiculous because no other mount in the game has wheels, especially front and rear wheels (a segway - aesthetics aside - would functionally work for example). All mounts either walk on legs or float (egg included), this means that if it goes offroad or turns, suddenly it looks dumb.

Would love the ability to breed my own mounts, allow us to catch and mate most wild animals/creatures that currently exist in game, and breed them for "regular" mount versions.

Also incorporate a design to allow some cross breeding of certain species to obtain very rare and extreme unique results/colors/glows etc (from more magical creatures)

I also think each crafting specialization should be able to create a unique mount, only useable IF you have that specialization active.

I'd just like to see some nice mounts that ARE NOT GATED BY RNG and that you get for playing the game and not rolling dice.

Nothing I would need to enter Extreme or Savage content for. I would really like some of those birds I see sparkling in the skies but the thought of the content I would need to run them for makes me ache.

I would just like an update to our standard chocobo. Not necessarily the model itslef but its textures. They are quite "rough" when compared to the newer mounts. Especially the feathers which have weird fuzzy edges to them.
