WARs that refuse to pull or at the very least swap in to eat a tank buster. Why roll a tank job when you're going to end up being little more than a mediocre DPS?

When we are winning in PVP and the enemy takes our base and the whole force runs for the base sometimes even during Big Ice. The base is only 50 points. They are trying to thin us out damnit. Let them have it....

When I'm on my sch and I ask for Foes and we have no smn or blm and the BRD won't play it but instead plays Mages Ballad.
MCH players who use blank on trash mobs with plenty of health in lower level dungeons even when you ask them to stop. It irritated me to see it when playing MCH myself as the tanks tend to struggle already but now I've started leveling MNK and those gears are getting thoroughly ground.

SMNs who open with Tri-disaster rather than stacking buffs and then using it...
When I'm on my bard or summoner and I drop my flaming arrow/ dot bubble, because the tank has stopped moving for 5 seconds after a pull, then decides to pull all the mobs out of the AOE (I.E. tank thinks my AOEs are bad ) OR decides to go pull more mobs. Make up your damned mind.

When everyone has been standing around for 2 minutes at the start of a trial ready check goes through all ready and I deploy a crit Aldo and the tank starts the countdown for the pull after it expires.

There are way too many to count, but this one happened last night in Expert.
I am all for tanks doing big pulls. I have my super special regens on AST to keep them up while I Gravity spam. However, if you are going to pull big, POP A FREAKING COOLDOWN. MAYBE TWO. But don't pop any and wonder why you died, or pop ALL OF THEM before you even get to the trash packs. >.>

When I play WT (Wonderous Tails) and I have more than 3 ways to win a line, and the last seal lands at a totally random UNWANTED spot. X[

Co-healers who, for whatever odd reason, decide they need to recast (and oftentimes waste their Swiftcast for) Protect and/or Stoneskin II, after I had already put it up immediately as the gate drops.
Like... you see me casting. Or you see the buffs all already applied before you even decide to walk half an inch forward. What is the actual point? I'm starting to think it's just a pathetic attempt to show off healer e-peen - but grinds my gears all the same.
