What Would You Sacrifice for a Glamour Catalogue?

Have they ever actually said that this is the reason we don't have it? From the PAX mention it sounded as though they hadn't considered doing it this way before at all. They didn't have any trouble adding the Orchestrion log, and it's not as though the logs are pushing huge amounts of data around in real time.

On topic I would sacrifice quite a lot of things to get a glamour log.

I know things involving items are very carefully handled after the various item duplication exploits in FFXI, and they have to be careful about how and when characters can be able to access their supplementary lists of upgrades. But from YoshiP's reaction to the question I think there are so many ways around the restrictions with a glamour log that it needn't be an issue if done correctly; things are permanently added to the log, not removed and altered. We could even be forced into a 'glamour zone' like with the Aesthetician if needed where you enter a special screen to avoid needing any real time syncing - I wouldn't mind if it meant being able to store more clothes!

Nothing, the way glamour work is great, i just wished you could have an extra 2 glamour slot per class, so you can have 3 glamour per class, that you can switch between them like a class/job change.

Hunts are so bad, so frustrating that I hardly see anyone doing them: they should just remove them and rework them differently or just not bother. With Weekly stuff from the LFR raid, the books are now obsolete. Only glamour is good but seriously?
The sightseeing log...oh dear I actually forgot it even existed.
And the fishing guide is...okay, could use some rework personally but I got nothing against it. There is internet though.

And personally? Diadem should go too, POTD should either get better rooms (still no puzzles?) or be removed (or maybe remove the 200 rooms to make more room, Verminion should either die or be reworked into a semi-pokemon game, mentoring should go out or be reworked, Stone Sky Sea is utterly useless considering we have "other ways".

If I properly checked I could go on and on with other stuff that could be easily "sacrificed" but alas, I doubt they will even consider removing rotting content for fresher one.
