large scale battles like Besieged and Campaign

we need large scale battles like Besieged and Campaign i love them in ffxi, i love battling over whelming odds it was was great fun even when your ass got hand to you still enjoyed it at least i did. so what do you all think about bringing back the large-scale battles

pretty sure something like besiged will hit FFXIV aswell in time, just without beastmens, but more like against that garlean empire.
not sure about a campaign like content, but who knows what future content will bring us.

I would think they will implement a thing like this into FFXIV.
When is the question, soonish I hope.
Besiege and campaign were both VERY fun events.
It was so much fun experimenting different job//sjob in campaign.

They do need something soon for the R50's. I'm sure they will get semi tired of mass leveling sooner or later.
Defiantly a dynamis type and more of a smaller type for example Assault//Salvage.

I know there is tons of things the team has to do. So not sure when content fits on the list.

I have been enjoying the game with only five days having it, before the server shut down. I can't wait for the servers to come back on, no rush of course <3.
First thing I'm gonna do is get a lot of my classes to level 10. Since I got my Ranger to 20 and its geared now. ^_^

I also quite enjoyed campaign so I wouldn't mind seeing a similarly-styled event. Back in the Fall, they mentioned Hamlet Defense Battles, and while there were no details, from the name it seemed like those might be a campaign or besieged-like event.

That was under Tanaka's team, though, and I don't think Yoshi-P has said anything about them since he took over. I know that they've got a lot on their plate (and even moreso given recent events), but I do hope they say something about the status of Hamlet Defense at some point down the road.

If they do go ahead with Hamlet Defense or something along those lines in the future, I hope that they are a bit more varied than campaign was. As much as I did like campaign, I always thought it would be nice to have some more strategic or tactical options, or more ways in which lower level players could help out and contribute rather than just direct combat.
