With each success hit +1 chakra.
So this mean you can get forbidden Chakra alot if you time cd and ocd with it.
Forbidden chakra kinda of pointless after its usef first time wanted it to be used more.
WHM ability: Reflect
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Give all party members the Reflect status for 20 seconds
Reflect Status: Reduce and return 10% of the next damaging attack, and restore 5% of maximum mp. Return damage cannot exceed 10% of maximum hp.
I want something to help WHMs in the damage reduction field, as they currently have Protect... and nothing else, as well as help with mana restoration. Note that reflect only works on a single instance of damage, so timing will be required to absorb a large hit instead of a small hit. Additionally, to prevent cheese with Holmgang/Living Dead, the return damage is capped at 10% of player's hp.
WHM - Esunaga
Cooldown: 120 seconds
Removes all status ailments on party members within range.
BLM - Aspir
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Potency 100 unaspected damage. Restore MP equivalent to damage.
Dark Knight
Grit is now an OCD instead of a GCD.
Paladin Skill: Protector
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Effect
The PLD activates a bubble lasting 15 seconds that locks the PLD in place similar to Collective Unconscious. Party members inside the bubble have all the agrro they generate transfired to the PLD as well as 20% of the damage they recieve while in the bubble. The PLD's CDs and Shield Oath both could reduce that damage as it comes in.
I see it as a way to help PLDs with hate managament if they have trouble with that, and to add some utility. Especially in mechanics where the party has to group together to spread out the incoming damage of a buster. The party over all would have even further reduced damage and the PLD would have a reason to pop on Shield Oath if only to take the shot even better. And it would be fun?

Effect: Put yourself at the top of all nearby enemies' enmity lists for the duration of the effect.
Comment: In short, a point blank AoE Provoke with a constantly updating enmity amount which prevents anyone from going above you during 8 seconds. Any player going above you will automatically set yourself at the top +1 point. A mostly positive oGCD for a safe tank swapping and aggro snapping, but cannot be used when two tanks needs to pack two sets of mobs together (Sephiroth/A12S/A2S...) otherwise chaos will follow. Cooldown is 80s, double the Provoke one, forcing frequent tank swaps to still be done with Provoke from time to time.
