I literally just saw another person state they were unhappy that they had to level something else to 15 to advance to the Job-version of their class. He's not speaking for himself because it's not something that just happens to himself.
What's up with all the doom and gloom?
On topic though, I would assume we'd get 5 at 50, 6 at 60, 7 at 70, etc.

♥ Baby, tell me, what's your motive? ♥

It's hard to say how many abilities will actually be available in the shared role slot, but I imagine they'll probably let us select up to five like we currently have now, especially since they said that the number of abilities we have after ability consolidation / removal / adjustments will be the same as what we have now

Invigorate for physical DPS is arguably another. Swiftcast for healers is so useful it might as well be, though it's not "strictly" mandatory.
I mean, we're not talking about skills like 5% Mantra or Feint from LNC here, we're talking about moves that see constant repeated use in all tiers of content.

What doom and gloom?
I just see how se did things so far. Most if not all didnt worked aso good at first.
I hopee they do it good but we dont know what skills they want to take for this.
Ok for Provoke, how good it is for pal that all can have this. Its not like this made hime the not wonted tank out of the 3.

Its already required for endgame. It will change nothing for paladin, since other jobs can already use it. All they are doing is taking skills the community sees as required for certain roles, and making them available without leveling other jobs in that role.
It will make it much less likely to run into a tank in an EX or raid who says "I don't have provoke, I didn't want to lvl PLD.

How do you need that many buttons?! I barely fill 3 hotbars for my job skills. The new system needs to be able to fit on my mouse. My mouse has 17 buttons and a modifier set that pushes it to literally 41 buttons. Currently I have 5 hotbars for some of my classes meaning I have anywhere from 49-60 buttons at a given time. That's a bit ridiculous.
The new system should reduce it to at most 3 bars (36 slots) and that includes all job/class skills, cross class skills, pet commands, potions, and utilities. Though I'd prefer that be reduced to 2 hotbars (24 slots).
You didnt get what i want to say.
The system we have now making some problems for some jobs. Making it more open will not help it.all it will do is make all tanks and healers even more the same.

Giving all tanks provoke isnt going to change the way they play lol. Nor would giving all healers swiftcast. Most players at an endgame level already have these skills.
