R: Yes, that’s a big part of the question.
Y: We understand the demand for it. But we’re not Final Fantasy XI (room laughs) so we don’t have intentions of making it.
I don't know if this is a misunderstanding on their part, my part or something else entirely but this is the least encouraging thing i've heard about FFXIV in quite some time.
