It is very hard to choose. I like Bahamut Prime and Alexander Prime the mos, but also Nidhogg and Sophia.

Gotta say Brute Justice, the whole thing is just one "YOU THINK THIS IS THE END?!" after another. Plus the very super sentai style theme once it combines, helps to hype that fight up! Always get pumped when that song starts.
T9 sync'd. Lots of mechanics, very little dps checks. It was an amazing encounter.
Final Steps of Faith is by far my favorite. It was refreshing to have a challenge, as well as coordinated team work and communication.
I have two.
Coincounter (second boss of Aurum Vale). This is where boys grow up to be men.
Sephirot. Is fun.
Innocence doesn't mean an absence of wickedness, nor is it represented by the absence of anger or hatred. Innocence is when seeing others hurt also hurts you. When one becomes blind to the people suffering in the world, that is what it means to have lost one's innocence.
The music change and Diamond Dust finger snap was super hype so Shiva is high on the list.
Sophia is also up there due to music/fun level. I really like Nidhogg as well.
Steel Reign and Urth's fount. Facing Odin, the rush to dps it down before it unleashes Zantetsuken. And also the music is just perfect.
The market board.
It's tough but I think Sephirot EX pulls ahead for me just the trailer for it alone made me go "HOLY CRAP" when he plunged off the cliff and all you see is a giant hand. I really like co-ordination in it how everyone has to communicate or you lose somebody or even another person depending on colors. The music is badass as all hell too THE EDGE IS CALLING TONIGHT, man I listen to that song even in my car or when i'm PvPing or doing whatever it's that great he's like the titan EX for HW.
