Types of people in DF I hate the most:

• Anyone who feels the need to tell and/or constantly remind everyone that you're high and/or drunk - What do you hope to gain? We're all going to forgive your screw ups because you consciously decided to log onto a game while inebriated and willfully choose a mode that forces you to cooperate with others to succeed? Yeah, because it's so fun carrying around dead weight.

This also annoys me. I'm convinced that 99% of people who say this are just saying it to be cool and are under the mistaken impression that it makes them sound cool. I just roll my eyes at it and ignore the attention seeking.

• DPS who wait until like 2% to use LB2 - Use LB2 as soon as it's up. It doesn't magically do more damage just because the boss has lower health.
  

Of the things you listed and I am aware of, the LB makes me sick to my stomach. I run most content as healer and if I see this happening I will use the LB for a free heal to allow me to DPS more. There is absolutely no reason to save it when trying to get through a dungeon asap, and if the DPS aren't going to use it, I will. The comm goes to the player who knows what I'm doing. Bark and me and you can forget it.

I got a tank who critisized me from using range physical LB on trash pull mid run because he claimed that LB deals more damage in dying boss (<20% he said), thus saying it's more efficient that way.. when we reached the final boss and got ourself another LB bar filled, the melee didnt bother to use it at all.. {)

I used to worry about LBs until I realized it's use it or lose it. I open the second boss with it. And usually we don't even get a second bar on the last boss. I wait til about 15ish percent to see. And honestly if a mage or ranged wanted to use it on mobs, I don't care. Whatever to speed it up.

Not exactly DF issues, I know, but I accidentally rolled on gear when I meant to pass on it in Dun Scaith just now. Ended up stuck with a stupid tank helm so now I can only upgrade 1 piece of gear for BLM instead of 2 as I was expecting to this week.

Desperately tried to fix my mistake and roll back to Pass, stupid "are you sure" messages delayed me, and now I'm delayed for another week. If that stupid tin can hat was real, I would be bashing it into the floor in anger so hard right now.

Ugh... okay, screw it. I don't have to see Dun Scaith for another week. That place and everything in it can go DIAF so hard.

I do this, but that's cause when I first started playing the game it's what others told me was the best way to do it. Also, when I'm on my SMN, if there is a melee dps I tend to let them do it. I think theirs causes more damage, doesn't it? If it doesn't matter which dps does it, let me know so I can change up how I do things.

I rolled ARF the other day with a BLM whose excuse for not using enochian was "movie I'm watching just got good"

that alone was kinda, wow, really? But when the dps told them to focus on the dungeon, they replied with "psh"

So we kicked them. It was kinda spiteful, but we got a replacement dps in like 30s who DID use enochian and probably shaved like a full five minutes off the run overall.

Why do ranegd dps/ caster always use the lbs lately on bosses in VA/WC/ and DS when we clearly have melee with no adds anywhere? i know it looks COOL as a mch put it the other day but it does less damage. please DONT if we have a melee

"Dealing with it" involves talking with other players, to see if they're having difficulty or if they simply don't know better or care to know better. It can also involve removing a problem from the party.

Shutting up and hoping things won't get worse is not dealing, it is apathy.

I've to be a little more clear on the issue:
Yes, I fully agree with you. On my side, I'll (try to) give the needed advice, my "deal" is just don't put up any party drama and trying to help, as you said, instead.
