[REQUEST] Allow players to remove the "Shadewalker" effect.

Greetings. I'm posting this here as, "GM Unurlotho" told me this would be the best spot to put this. I wanted to ask for a small change to Shadewalker, the NIN 56 skill. By this, I mean I would like to be able to remove the buff it grants to move enmity should the NIN or the target choose to.

So explaining reasoning, I just got through with a Palace of the dead having to kick a player using the skill to attempt to wipe the party. They'd use it on me, then pull as many enemies as they can. Since it transfers 80%, I'd end up with more enmity, putting me and the party near me at risk.

As it is currently, I cannot remove the buff, neither as the target or as the ninja himself. Being able to toy with that much enmity can be harmful to players it was never intended to be used on. We already can remove smokescreen, so it's odd to me we can't remove Shadewalker.

It cannot. I tried it with a friend before posting to. Neither of us could remove the effect.

Certain effects cannot be canceled by the player.

I hope you gave the GM that players name and they come down on him for this. It's sad some people only find fun in tormenting others.

I reported it and got a response in ten minutes. I've already fixed the issue with the player harming me, and have the player blacklisted.

However, this lack of power in Shadewalker is part of the reason the issue happened in the first place.
