1. PvP and/or indoor striking dummy

There are a few issues with using the house for PvP matches:
-People can phase through furniture if they keep running into them long enough.
-I think people can also select and interact with things on the other side of player placed partitions and walls too.
-Marking where the arena begins and prevent people from leaving it.

A long time ago, when they added Workshops for FC Houses, someone suggested adding similar areas like an arena/training room, a dressing room, a storage room, etc. I think that might work better, especially if the arena/training room let you customize it.

I'd just like to second any ideas that provide an incentive to visit friend's houses and increasing the number of friends you can share your teleport to. I feel like any FC member should be able to teleport directly to other FC members houses. I find all my friends and I all sitting in our own separate houses or in our FC houses.
It would be nice to get some buffs or special effects for visiting friend's houses. Such as every 5 min spent within a friend listed player's housing unit provides an hour long buff to health, gp, mana, whatever.

In addition, the ability to stack furniture on stages, not all houses have flat flooring designs and it would provide more room separation for our already very small spaces. Not to mention more than 2 floors for small houses. Basements for the win.

With the addition of really tall bookshelves, can we now get a indoor tall ladder added? How ever do adventurers reach the books up top otherwise. I think everyone knows how Lalafells feel now. D:

How about weapons made into furniture? After getting a spoiler gift from House Fortemps, I can't do anything with it. But I really would like to hang it on my wall. If a player chooses to make this decision, the weapon could not be turned back into a usable weapon, it would be permanent furniture.

And for the case of, say quest specific weapons, like, unattainable by any other means- those cannot be mounted.

What about a loop (wall), hook(wall), weaponrack(floor/tabletop) or something that just acts as a visual storage device for a weapon with a maximum of 5 or something?
