So you're essentially saying that all characters should be visually unappealing? I'm sorry but this is a Final Fantasy game, EVERY FF game has attractive-looking characters in them. It's just part of how the series is. If you don't like characters being handsome, pretty or cute then play WoW or something. It's not like these characters are literally stripping and dancing around naked either.

Honestly, while the male miqo'te may look more feminine than other male races, I don't think they look like women. They're quite handsome, and the one with the white hair looked pretty rugged and manly if you ask me. The other two just looked young... boyish. But female miqo'te look pretty young too. I think they suit each other very well.

They look womanly to me by face (somewhat) but by for more-so in stature.

Male mi'qote go WAY past "a little" femininity. They basically exist only to serve the sexual appetite of certain female gamers. Kind of like Vaan or the entire male cast of XIII besides the black guy.

Not really. I'm a straight guy and I like the designs. It's a matter of preference, some people DO like these designs on their merits. It would probably be best to not group everyone in like that with such blanket statements.

i dont want them to be muscular at-all hell i wanted to make my Miqote look Shota-esque as possible. dependin on how they update the customization i might be able to get something in the 14 year old range.

Female miqotes are girlier than female midlanders, so I really doubt the male will be manlier than male midlanders.

Since females are currently Lalafell > Miqote > Elzen > (Highlander?) > Roegydn when it comes in size/girlishness/whatever.

It'll probably be Lalafell > M(an)iqote > Midlander > Elzen > Highlander > Roegydn for bulk/size in the males.

That'll keep midlander as the middle of the road default type of character as it was always been intended to be.
