I like that design, but I really hope it's not Scathatch. She looks more like a princess (or a handmaiden) than a queen.

Nah. Roe would've been the absolute worst choice possible if they wanted something that looks ferocious, I think. I personally find this design to be a lot more intimidating than an oversized teddy bear.

I implied female Roegadyn being the example (or something that looks older than twenty, like Ultima from FFXII, or another Siren reskin... or the Great Fairy of Ocarina of Time). All I can see now is her being an 18 year old evil "Princess" Agitha.
