Kinda disappointed with the GARO gear, Tanks and melee get the full armor but everything else get's the shaft.

Couldnt they put the "edgy alice in wonderland" theme somwhere into them? Right now it looks like they found those in a dumpster. Really too bad.

SE heard our complaints about potatofells being used as gear models, so they made sure there was a potatofell in nearly every gear shot this time.

You know, I don't necessarily disagree with you that I'm unhappy with the game's direction and wish more focus was placed on new combat content rather than hairstyles, Hildy stories (no matter how hilarious), and emotes. But I said it in another thread, and I'll say it again here: if you don't like the forums talking about those things, don't thought-police about it and imply that people should make threads that you give a crap about, make your OWN thread about what YOU want to discuss with others.

People are talking about this stuff because a.) it's relevant to the thread (pretty much all the info is about Mhach, Hildy, and PVP gear), and b.) it's what they're excited about. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

On topic, I hate the new PVP gear but opinions, subjective, etc. For example, I love the animal gears and some people think they're an absolute atrocity of design, so hey, can't please everyone. I'm just glad PVP is actually GETTING some exclusive gear updates, since IIRC we haven't had any since 3.05 or something lawl.
