Pretty pathetic to make the entire community of paying subscribers deal with a piece of shit server provider every month.

This is really frustrating.. Idk how this hasn't been fixed yet. =_=
This is beyond annoying. This morning was all the time I had to play.
Its pretty pathetic to talk like that to the people who trying their best. It doesnt even happen that often and still post like this get likes. Mistakes happen, issues come up thats what I would call normal. Servers running 24/7 everyday a problem comes up ppl get mad and trashtalk lul. Sometimes I believe that ppl think SE do this on purpose lel they paying for the servers they dont do this out of fun. Even tho I have to agree its mostly just NA.
Seems like not everyone using NA data center is having this problem and the lodestone seems to say it has something to do with ISPs... So I suppose it's a routing problem? I'm notoriously bad at explaining what routing is so I won't begin to try except to that many USA ISPs use the same service(level3.net) to connect to that part of Canada, depending on what part of USA you are in. Much like you might have ATT for your cellular service but maybe some other carrier owns the cell tower that you happen to be near to. So maybe a moose is nibbling the wires?
Out of curiosity, what ISPs do you guys have and what part of country are you in?
I am unable to connect and I'm on Cox cable ISP in midwest.
EDIT: Ok... it's definitely level3.net's fault I believe (again). But those of us that look into this probably weren't questioning this... I really wish ISPs would use another route to Canada for the sake of us that like online games...
If you wanna test it yourself got to http://arrstatus.com/ and get your server's IP then open command prompt in windows and use command "tracert" with whatever you found your server IP to be. You'll soon have a list of how you connect to your server... With it all falling apart once "level3.net" comes up... :/ (At least that's what I saw).

The stab is not at Enix @ all. It is at there "choice of providers"
One would think with all the service drops they have and issues being they pay for that service.
Why not change it up try out someone new. Doing there best would be ruling out the bad service.
TiaHariberux3 you must have some issues reading between the lines.
In turn that isn't my problem.
