[DEV REQUEST] Please make the Hellhound Obtainable By More than Just the Top 100 PVP

I'm agreeing with the claim that queue times can be an issue, as has been said before in this thread, as well as other threads concerning the Feast. I usually just stick to suggestions on how to improve the reward system, and a better incentive for PvErs to get into PvP. And technically, prime time for me would be nowhere near prime time for NA time zones.

The main reason? Probably not. One of the reasons? Very likely. Hence my suggestion of a rating decay system.

Yeah, right. That's why they ripped the Hellhound (proper name, not the Cerberus) straight out of PvE content, something that PvE players have been seen in countless of Void Ark runs. Something that PvE players have even been requesting as a mount in the game.
If they wanted something purely for PvPers, they'd have designed something new, something completely tied to The Feast.

As a sidenote, it'll be hilarious if the silhouette ends up being a placeholder and the actual mount ends up being completely different.

If they wanted wanted it to be an incentive, they wouldn't have made it exclusive in the first place. Note how the top 10 minion was changed not because it was exclusive, but because it was a certain TYPE of reward that wasn't really "pvp reward" material. Note how top 10 players STILL get exclusive items, and note how the Hellhound mount is STILL exclusive to the top 100.
