What people mean when they say casual is what you describe, people who dont put any effort to being at good at the game. But the term is heavy used in the past with a wrong meaning that is hard to pass by

To give a example maybe to other people

The Opposite of Casual is hardcore. You can also play Candy Crush hardcore, because this terms refer to the playtime, not the skill level. Somebody can be a hardcore player in this game but still suck.

What people often mean is easy vs hard or being good at the game vs bad. Now of course mostly, but of course not always, people who play more often are better at the game, people who play less not so much and vice versa. So people like too throw both together i think

Also yes actually it improve things, as the OP suggested if you ramp up things at the Base level to a moderate normal difficulty, because thats how you educate your players.

For example im leveling in this game and the game "tells me" i cant read my tool tipps and dont know what im doing but still pass through the most content then the netflixer watcher gonna queue in for ex stuff and cause a lot of trouble or/and whine for nerfs.

Its horrifies me that you actually cool with that you find it good game design that you can netflix and still play through most of the stuff

[personal opinion] install league of legends if you want an overly challenging competitive experience to go along with epeen entitlement that these kinds attitudes bring about. youve got savage content, youve got extreme primals, youve got minstrals missions, youve got labrynth, tower, wod, and weeping and all the shiny high item level rewards and glamor that goes with it. games dont always have to ramp everything up to max. there's times to de escelate. main story is a STORY and ff14 is hardly the one and only mmo to have a main story that everyone who buys the game can accomplish by only half paying attention. eso's main story is engaging fun and not overly challenging either.

There is actually nothing eloqeunt about raving about league of legends and epeens (a disrespectull thing acually, discrediting player of these game because he has no straight argument because again, it has nothing to too with the topic), thats why i ignored this part

"Super srs"? Oh heavens, no. I'll settle for "mildly engaged'.

If nobody queue'd up for EX Primals, or Savage, or whatever without being competent, there would be no issue. But, that's not the case at all.

but people seriously couldn't be bothered to talk or read during? It feels good to actually communicate and work together.
You have enough time to talk with people to go A B and C. :/
One problem with communication in this game is that you don't have any kind of guarantee that everyone playing is fluent enough in English to make things out. FF XIV doesn't support Spanish or Portuguese. I've encountered a lot of people from Mexico, Peru, and Brazil who play and trying to explain mechanics and stuff to them can be a big issue. I had multiple failed parties in the Haunted House Halloween event of all things because of this.

I have 0 expectations that SE might expand the language support but I have asked native speaker friends who to translate game things for me before.

i mean the counter proposal for this would be making any hard/Extreme stuff and so on unqueable but i think this would cause more of a outrage because people in general dont want to be told there are not good enough for something specific. Also it would be kinda punishment for people which can do this content with ease and fast through it but are denied.

I mean maybe they can do something like sea sky stone but better? Like a skill check before entering? There is a quest based attunment system for everything in this game, so why not
