Why do people beg for cash shop stuff?

I guess if people have the money then they'd pay for it.

I'm pretty indifferent about the cash shop as long as it stays with selling optional cosmetics. I really see nothing wrong with that.
It's pretty much a business so it's good for the company and good for the game if (some of) the money earned is invested into it, and it probably has been since Stormblood apparently has triple the budget compared to Heavensward. Running an MMO also takes lots of spending, like server maintaining and making new content regularly.

I'm not really seeing it going away even if the community hates it since lots of people buy stuff from there anyway.

I don't see how any of the items in the "cash shop" are game breaking. They're purely cosmetic with some items from previous events that some players were either not playing then or unable to get now.

1.You don't need to work for anything, everything is fast & easy in this game.

when you don't have to work for anything, and everything is fast and easy in this game, why did you said:

I don't want to do FATES or DF with random players for days for just a glamour stuff

2.But SE needs money, & I like the nice looking cash shop outfits.

of course SE needs money, we all do (except you it seems). if you like nice looking outfits: fine. but do you only like them because they are expensive? and would you still like them if they were for free in the game?

3.You are just wasting your time if you try to work for anything in this game:Gears reset every 3-6months, Relic quests are just recycle contents. >ilv230 is useless if you don't raid. or you want to build relationship with randoms in DF?

i thought we were talking about glamour? glamour is not replaced within 3-6 months. and if it was, why would it be better to spend real money for glamour pieces if they will be replaced every 3-6 months? that's a waste of real money, and the time you have worked for that money. but however, you said:

really? the only thing wich we got wich people were begging for were the chinese outfits. they were already developed for the chinese version and they just had to copy them into our game-version. they have NEVER implemented any cash shop items were people have asked for. and it took a year to implement the chinese outfits, that's not "fast".

I don't think any of you nay-sayers realize that any new vanity added to the game is stupid rare drop from a rare dungeon floor from a rare dungeon entrance.

All of the new glamour items require those rare items. I don't want vanity items to be based on RNG drops.

Wait, but we have plenty of in-game rewards. In fact, we have more in-game rewards in nowadays patches than we did back in the beginning. All thanks to the lazy moronic people who spent extra money in this game and helped it grow. But no, we want to keep all the extra in-game rewards we're getting nowadays, but we should make sure that SE doesn't get the extra money needed to add those!!1!

As for why people ask things in the cash shop, I think a good reason is that those are extra items unrelated to the main patches. Getting new things between patches is more exciting than getting nothing at all. (Again, items in the cash shop would NOT have been made if they weren't going for sale. They are NOT stealing from the game's main content).

It's instant gratification. Problem is it causes things to just be in the shop rather than the game which is why those people do deserve criticism. Also I'm sick of hearing "I work for my money". It's a video game, you either play it or you don't. Just buying your way through things kinda misses the point of playing, yeah?
