How poor can people behave...btw i like your chars name :3Last night, my FC leader and I were doing PotD. On one run, we notice one person (an AST) not doing a thing other than casting Aspected Benefic and using the /sit command. I ended up calling her out, and both her and the other DPS started to attack our skill as players.
Specific notes include:
-Insulting my character name
-Commenting on gear that showed up in Lodestone (we're supposed to log out in our main classes apparently)
-Calling us "scrubs" because neither of us had the gobwalker or A12S mount (they didn't either...)
On the boss floor, they both did nothing until my FC leader and I died, after we took out the majority of its HP alone.
And you could kick them, 2 of 3 is enough, Kickinitiator always votes YES, kicktarget won't be asked. In 4man duties it is enough that 1 person clicks YES to kick an other.

Thanks.
Unfortunately, this didn't seem to be the case. I did attempt to kick one of them and I know I had backup on it, but it still failed. And you could kick them, 2 of 3 is enough, Kickinitiator always votes YES, kicktarget won't be asked. They maybe hit the wrong button? As You only need 1 person to agree for a kick in a 4 man.
I have a handful:
-WC run. BLM who keeps dying... "I'm still new" but there wasn't a bonus. She had bought 2 i250 pieces yet her jewelry ranged from i90 to i133. Also in that run, Alliance A didn't eat orbs and nearly killed us. Sooooo when meteors came we nuked them (killed all of them lol). And cleared Ozma
-Darkhold, guess the tank brain-farted as he and the SCH died on the 3rd pull. Pull out Chicken
nugget, DRG and I survived until they respawned.
-Another WC run, some useless MCH (was always 7 on hate) kept typing into /a "EAT MY ___".

Skills include: going into 50 roulette wiht friends because they need it, targetting Sabotender Bailarina, dropping my controller at 2am, forgetting level 50 bards have autoattacks and trying to cathc my controller, thus autoattacking the boss and starting the fight.
I'm not a clever bard.
At least the Yoichi Bow Zeta looks nice while I make a fool of myself and owing the DRK my soul
First time posting in this thread but I been lurking since it started
Just had an amazing show of teamwork in PotD! Our healer d/c'ed or left (still not sure) after a near wipe due to a lure trap, leaving just me (brd) a blm friend and a lnc that was along for the ride. 4 floors of Gloom and Mimics with roving Minotaurs, but we prevailed! Yes I know early PotD is indeed designed to be done without a healer but the way my teammates instantly adjusted to the new demands of the run was impressive ^_^
Sastasha Hard Mode.
Me, AST, BLM and MCH. We go in, and I immediately see that we are clearing at a snail's pace. A few packs in, my crystal ball tells me that both DPS are doing less than I am in Shield Oath. Well, that's an issue. I make a comment about our DPS being low, hoping those two start actually playing. No dice. We have some deaths on the first and second boss, because these two can't seem to do ANYTHING correct and don't know how the bosses work.
After we clear the second boss, I ask the AST "Our DPS is super low. Can you heal me through Sword to try and make up some of the difference?"
Apparently, the BLM took offense. On the next pack, he /sit and refused to play. I guess he thought we wouldn't kick him for that? We immediately booted him for AFK, and his MCH buddy (same last name) with him left, too.
Our replacement DPS were both great, and we cleared the last boss no problem.
Just had two consecutive runs with the same dragoon. Surprisingly enough, the problem wasn't them dying (though they did once). The problem was them constantly drawing aggro, because they absolutely refused to attack the same target as the tank (me first run, someone else second run).
Second run also had a tank play one-handed by their own admission for most of it, though it was because of real life problems. Still somewhat annoying, especially considering The Dragoon That Wanted To Tank(TM).
Just had a very frustrating run of Brayflox Hard.
Our tank was kind of taking his time in pulling things. He was struggling to hold aggro on mobs.
Healer didn't use Stoneskin at all until the last boss.
Despite that, we were going at a decent pace.
Then we got to the last boss. And that's where the real trouble began.
We wiped 5-6 times because the bombs were eating us alive and once because the BLM decided to accidentally pull.
So after the final wipe, the tank smartly suggested that either me or the BLM should limit break before the final phase.
Before his helpful explanation, I didn't realize how to turn on the setting to see enemy health percentage or that melee limit break does better single target damage than caster limit break.
After all that was squared away, we finally defeated the boss.
So I'm glad that the tank helped me out. And I managed to get two commendations.
But I still don't want to go near that instance any time soon.
