are appartments really selling out, the one building next to my fc house has had only 10 appartments sold, rest is still vacant. A close friend wanted no 13 but people just arent buying them so she has to wait.

Balmung's mostly sold out, yeah. ...right before Fan Fest, we had some left in the Goblet and that was it. Mist and Lavender Beds were sold out.

Like 2 days ago someone from Balmung told me there are many apartments left in the goblet, specially in subdivisions.

It is kinda silly that you can have more than one house, but not more than one apartment. :P

But hey just get an FC room in one area and an apartment in another and at least that is 2 out of 3.

Apartments were made for the sole issue of people hogging the houses, you are asking to counter the counter. Yea, Not happening.

He's not though. The whole reason this request is ok is specifically because SE has said they could easily add more if they wanted to.

So it's like one day, a guy brings in a few apples for a hundred people (housing release). Obviously people are upset. Then the guy comes back the next day with thousands of apples for the same hundred, and says he can bring even more apples if needed, and you're telling him he can't have 3 because you used to not be able to have 1. OK then.

You can only have 1 personal house, 1 FC house and 1 private chamber, you can't have more than 1 of each type.

Hm, pretty sure I heard of people buying multiple houses. But if you say so, I never really cared to investigate it as having more than one residence seems kinda silly to me.
