How do you keep all of your Jobs evenly geared?

You really can't keep everything geared up...

That's why most people have a class they main, they choose one to keep geared up but you can however get every other class easily geared up with the previous content's gear...
Personally, I keep the other classes geared enough through older content to do the new stuff so I can take a break from playing just one or two classes.


Also, there is one way to have almost every class in the game fully geared up... Alts, you can have up to 8 characters on a server.
But that requires being willing to reach the Tomestone cap 8 times a week, and doing Raids (possibly multiple runs because of loot rolls) for weekly drops 8 times a week.
