Once upon a time, my brethren and I frolicked upon the vegetable gardens of Laladome.

Potato, sweet-potato, cabbage. My big potato Roegadynn used to tell me stories about the old days, a time of peace when the potatoes kept balance between the potato, sweet-potato and cabbage. But that all changed when the non-vegetables boys attacked. A hundred years have passed and the non-vegetables is nearing the victory in the War.
Two years ago, my father and the men of my tribe journeyed to the Potato Kingdom to help fight against the non-vegetables, leaving me and my brother to look after our tribe.
We were looking after our chocobos until a big nasty Hyur plucked my brother from the fields and frolicked while they boiled him in a pot :'(

But I haven't lost hope, I still believe that somehow, the Ava-Tato will return to save the world.
