My server is sleep on the Raid Finder. I actually have a very high clear rate with content from Raid Finder versus Party Finder.

Raid finder Sophia is about 90% clear rate so far. Usually each run has 1-2 baddies. The runs that fail are the ones with more than 2
Content that can't even be attempted is a good thing to you, huh? You have some strange ideas of proper game design.Which is a good thing.
Raid Finder is not good for clearing content, in my opinion. A lot of people with ZERO knowledge of the fight queue for "Duty Completion" instead of "practice" and end up ruining the attempts.
For farming a fight after you've cleread, yeah, it's godlike.
It was made with jp community in mind, the NA/EU players are 2nd class to them so we get stuck with systems like this.
Sophie ex farming is the only good thing to come out of this for us.
Im on a JP server and RF is being used. The issue I have with it is getting a clear.
I tried it day 1 and got down to 23% on Soph ex. Then I didn't have the chance to play it again for a week or so.
Decent players have all passed through and are selecting 'cleared'. So those who can clear, have cleared, and are only playing with each other.
As I didn't clear at the start I am stuck with 'uncleared' players. Groups I get now can't even meet the add dps checks...
I play healer - so I am really relying on the dps to not screw shit up. But they are, and I am blocked off from better players. In DF I wasn't.
Clearly lots of people are attempting it, this sounds like a 'you' problem.
And if you don't like it, then you can use party finder for content that just came out like the rest of us have been using for two years now.
Theres no much of a difference between PF and RF.
The main key for Raid finder is you have to meet the ilvl. in Order to clear A11s or even practice it you have to clear the ones before you cannot jump to it. And of course you don't have to wait hours and hours on PF for your party to fill. The other good thing about it is that is no one is willing to help you and there's no PF looking for learning you can just hop on RD and join people with the same kind of needs.
You can even form a cross server static.
The issue is that people are not using it as they should. At least there is the 30min lock out if you leave as well so it forces people to teach and learn.
I have had much better A10s runs and Sophia ex runs on RD than PF by a mile.
Encourage people to use it!
Precisely what I've been saying and therefore wondering why it even needed to be made.Theres no much of a difference between PF and RF.
Uhh, Duty Finder stuff has ilvl requirements too.The main key for Raid finder is you have to meet the ilvl.
