There was an npc in Gold Saucer, who gave out the winning hairstyle from that hair contest from long ago. If there was a chance that it's still in GS, has anyone checked with her? I would do it myself, but I'm at work imo

For those screaming it's 2.x content it was obviously loped in with the other hairstyles that were available from 2.x content. They probably didn't think twice to change that
