Actually because of the nature of ranged attacks in this game it will probably slow it down considerably. The low level having to tag each mob first puts them in considerably more danger than the way it is now.So all they have to do is make it so the player has to have at least a green enmity icon in order to gain exp in that case. so now, shield-bearing PL'er only has to pull a bunch of mobs, war drums, PL'd pler love taps each of them, AOE. makes it take a little longer. sound good?
I believe the thing is the high level is partied with the low level, so the low level does not have to claim anything. the high level just blows them up and the low level is on auto-follow or something.
That's the way it is now, because the exp limiter for a high level in your party isn't working. Once that's fixed, the high level will have to be outside the party and the low level will have to tag the mobs first in order to get exp.
