GIVE WEAPON THROW BACK TO DPS

There has been one downside, though. it's made me reconsider my AP point allocation.

I do Cooldown and Potency as PLD wich are enough for me to get close and Shield Bash. I only extend Duration as DRK because they make people resist Heavy with Tar Pit. Though removing Sprint is the most important.
