

The PS3 cannot handle it.At the time they probabably intended that, but since then (over half a year later?) they must have changed their minds, maybe because of a technical reason that came up since they started on it.
Or maybe they're just planning on continually increasing that number from 90 up to 512 with each patch?
You really need to stop throwing peanuts from the gallery.
90 is a really odd number. Normally the numbers are various powers of 2. So you'd expect apartments per block to be one of 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, etc... 90 just doesn't fit in that pattern at all, it's a really odd number. I have a feeling this is related to a instancing limitation of some kind and the number of 90 must represent the high watermark for the current server capability to instance. Perhaps in future the number will be extended.
