My heart literally skipped a beat, but I learned that the rectangular platform is longer than the 10 yalms Repelling Shot knocks you back. Hooray!
Not sure about dragoon's 15 yalms knockback Elusive Jump does ^^'

To me a Hi isn't asking for a conversation. It's just being polite and acknowledging the other people in your party.
I find it rude when others don't respond to greetings honestly.

This is basically how I feel. In addition, simply saying "thanks for the run" or "gg" lets people know you appreciate the work they did to ensure a good run.

A few weeks ago I was doing Ozma and the Meteors popped up during his circle form. One person dropped their meteor up front instead of at the back of the platform so I ran to the back to try to distance myself from the impact zones. The group mostly survived but I stayed back there instead of moving up after the meteors, causing me to be knocked off the platform by the next Holy.
Apologies to my co-healer who had to rescue me from my own stupidity and keep the group up in the meantime.

I like to know I'm playing with actual people instead of bots or wannabe elitist. And I know those are limited thoughts but it's the first thing that comes to my mind.. I'm just jaded.

I honestly find it rude you make that assumption about other players with nothing to back up the assumption since you don't even know that player at all.

You really shouldn't take it that seriously or personally. If you think its rude yeah np I understand that, but assuming people are elitist for the sole reason of them not typing anything? Come on now. Rudeness can go both ways so you can't really be mad about someone not talking when you are being judgemental and rude behind their backs.

I only said it comes off that way due to my personal experience. It has sadly colored my opinion as it's happened alot before, But I'll take that hit. It just rubs me the wrong way extremely due to past experiences. I'm not asking for a full blown convo, Hell alot of the time lately I haven't even ran into the issue ( AS it's not as often as it used to be.). All I meant by that is because of the many times it has happened I got jaded. I'm just an asshole who needs to get over his shit.

I partied with a friend who's a recent player and making her way through Heavensward. We went up against Ravana Hard (story mode) yesterday. I assured her it would be a piece of cake, e.z. mode, because it's such old content.

Our first pass at him, we got 6 swords...

Second attempt, still got two swords at 10% echo. Including me, there were six people in the party at level 60 with endgame gear. ...were they all tabbed over to Netflix or something?

My poor friend, who was my co-healer, died at one point and I had to raise her and keep the party, notably the tank, alive. Which I did. We cleared it at least, but it was such a pitiful performance.

I've been playing less lately, so i'm a tad rusty with my rotations. But wanted to continue leveling my dragoon. Did trials roulette. It's bismark. We get started and everything is going fine. The group has good DPS and we're all doing what we're supposed to. We kill the 2 dragon adds and we're waiting for bismark to launch his ult. It had just ended and as the bird adds are showing up, I intended to pop battle litany. I instead popped elusive jump right off the ledge. Go me.
