Question about Mentor requirements

i haven't gotten that achievement and still qualified for my Trade mentor

As far as I know the individual mentor titles aren't actually linked to the how you unlocked Mentor. If you unlocked mentor at all then you get all the titles regardless of which you actually "qualify" for.
