3rd quest of this Moonfire Faire is ridiculous!

I've managed to complete the whole questline in 30 minutes...
Most people didn't realize that you have to be the one landing the first hit in order to be able to capture them.
My server's Eastern La Noscea has been a mess ever since the event started.
I bet they are still annoying each other on the field.

I'm glad to see the devs apologised at least and are working to fix the issue but it still needs to be pointed out that you guys designed this very poorly. Learn your lesson next time people do shitty things to other people think these things though.

If this is going to affect my weekend playtime, then do not even bother changing anything. Some of us do not do most of the seasonal events and would prefer to just play the game. Just try to learn from this mistake for the next time.

You misunderstood. They said it might mess up your weekend if they rushed it. They are not rushing it. That was just to explain why it's going to even take a week before it's changed.

It is astounding how badly this quest is designed. Every quest in an MMO should be prepared with a crowd in mind.

I don't agree with that at all, it's like saying every quest should be designed for the zerg rush. that would be a terrible way to fram your quest design.
