It was nice to see the explanation of why things were different in 2.0 versus 1.0. It was a good representation of the state of MMORPGs circa 2014. The final few slides are a reflection of the necessity for customer satisfaction.

Those last few slides become problematic when those complaining about gameplay expect them to be addressed in current content.

There is a dirty little secret in the MMORPG world that nobody wants to speak out loud - you will become bored with content. You will want something new and different. Unfortunately that change won't occur immediately, if ever.

There is nothing wrong with taking your hard-earned dollars and moving on, assuming you can actually find a game that better meets your expectations.

Yoshi P has my thanks for a job well done directing a game where I've had many enjoyable moments. I expect there will be many more of them to come.
