    Restart the updater. A few people kept doing this and it was working slow and had to babysit it but after that patch some never had problems.

    Well I tried that, and it stopped updating at exactly 1049kb every time. I am going to do one more re install try then am just done if it doesn't work.

    Tried 6 times in a row to update.It will not get past the same 1049 mb at all. There is no forward progress. It's still messed up. Still no solid solution for PS4.

    All phone tether did was use up my data for next month. It did give me different error codes. This is what Insanity is defined as. Sigh.

    I too am having the same problems on PS4. Just upgraded from PS3. Also stops at 1048/1047 avg. Around 6 min per attempt...sigh

    Just tried the rebuilding of the database through the safemode method. If only there was an alternate way to get the patch and install...or the use of a downloader sub application...so that if an error is detected it could resume from where the last bit was received...
