Just chiming in to say I've had this happen three times in a row now tonight. I've wasted 3 hours on 41-50 with absolutely nothing at all to show for it because of someone wiping us on the final floor every time.

I love the Palace of the Dead but this is an absolutely terrible design oversight. It should NEVER be more rewarding to deliberately fail content than to complete it. The bosses absolutely HAVE to give a guaranteed upgrade on defeat or people will keep doing this. I'm fuming over how much of my time this evening has been wasted because of this.

I think we give jp players too much credit sometimes, being a jerk knows no race, culture or nationality and I know plenty of Japanese people who would step on your throat to get something just as quick as Americans would.

We just complain more.

Don't the aetherstats reset to your current amount if you don't beat 10 floor of the tier though? If not they should do that from happening again.
