I think they need to stop trying to revive FATEs by centering events / relics around them, and just re-work FATEs to be more enjoyable and provide more consistently useful rewards.

In the rewards structure, for example, each fate could give Lore - level dependent. With, say, Azys La providing 20-30 Lore per completed fate. Alternatively, they could provide much more gil, and/or crafting mats.

In terms of enjoy-ability, just like, look at every other game with basically the same concept. They've all done it in ways that i found fun. For some reason here they just aren't, and I can't figure out why.
